REBUILDING THE RAILROAD
The Bow Willow & Sawtooth Railroad was originally laid in the summer of 2011. In April 2012, an inspection crew was sent out to inspect what would need to be done to reopen the line.

THE STORY OF THE M-1
The Bow Willow & Sawtooth M-1 is a small gas-powered railbus used to carry passengers and mail when a steam train is not practical. It was built in July 1933 in the Live Oak Springs shops using Brill and Fairmont motor car parts.
The M-1 started life as a LGB D&RGW coach and a LGB handcar. I cut all the parts off the coach with a hacksaw and superglued them together. It will get a coat of paint, B&S decals and R/C installed in the near future.
